Third-Party Content Accessibility

Accessibility Arrangements at Our Car Bodyshop

We are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to all customers, including people with disabilities. The following outlines the accessibility features available at our facility.

1. Arrival, Parking, and Entrance

  • Accessible Parking: One accessible parking space is available close to the entrance, providing easy access for customers with disabilities.

  • Path to Entrance: The pathway from the parking area to the entrance is level and step-free.

  • Public Transportation: A bus stop is located approximately ___ meters from our bodyshop (update as needed).

2. Entrance and Reception Area

  • Step-Free Entry: The entrance to the reception area is level or fitted with a small ramp for easy access.

  • Door Width: The entrance door is suitable for most wheelchairs and mobility aids.

  • Small Reception Area: The customer reception space is small with limited turning room.

    • If preferred, staff can provide service outdoors, beside your vehicle, or at the entrance for greater comfort and accessibility.

3. Workshop Area (3 Bays)

  • Our workshop includes 3 service bays.

  • For safety reasons, customers cannot freely enter the active workshop area.

  • If a customer needs to view repair details or the condition of the vehicle:

    • Staff can escort them safely to an appropriate viewing point, or

    • Provide photos, videos, or a detailed explanation outside the workshop or at the vehicle.

4. Accessible Restroom

  • Accessible Restroom Available: An accessible restroom is located in the customer area.

  • Features Include:

    • Wide doorway suitable for wheelchairs

    • Grab bars

    • Raised toilet

    • Accessible sink

    • Adequate turning space

5. Assistance and Additional Accommodations

  • Staff Support: Staff are available to assist with entry, movement, or handling documents.

  • Service Animals: Certified service animals are welcome in all customer-accessible areas.

  • Document Assistance: Staff can assist with reading or explaining written materials upon request.

6. Emergency Accessibility

  • Emergency exits are clearly marked with visual signage.

  • Staff will assist customers with mobility or vision impairments during emergency situations.
